All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia. The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales.

Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders placed in Australia come with fast and free delivery Australia wide.
What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes orders may be delayed, if this is the case and you are wondering where your order is, first read our ‘Shipping Information’ page for further info, then check your Shipping Confirmation email you received, this can often end up in your spam/junk folder. How do I dispose of any soft plastic packaging that the products come in?
I love that you have asked this question! Currently, Australia doesn’t have a free service for disposing of soft plastics. If you need to dispose of soft plastic packaging from deliveries or any soft plastics you use at home (like bread bags, produce bags, frozen vegetable bags, bubble wrap, cereal box liners etc.), check if Recycle Smart operates in your area, and they collect a lot more than just soft plastics!
